A Texas woman is sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of $2.1 million worth of heroin, the largest heroin bust in Kane County history. Claudia Chagoya was arrested earlier this year near Elgin, and authorities say she was acting as a mule for a drug cartel.
