Another national Democrat is putting support behind an Illinois Democrat.Vice President Joe Biden is expected in Chicago on Tuesday to headline a Gov. Pat Quinn rally for jobs in Illinois. Biden will attend the rally called “Putting Illinois Back to Work” at a plumber’s union on the city’s West Side.
