Bloomingdale officials and neighbors are puzzling over the structure sitting in Eric Morrisroe’s front yard. What looks like a miniature roller coaster track was built on the property in September, and after a neighbor complained in October, village officials are now wondering if the structure is a decoration or a very large toy.
