After days of insisting all the votes be counted in his close race with Gov. Pat Quinn, Republican Bill Brady is expected to concede his gubernatorial bid at a news conference this afternoon. Brady announced he will be making a campaign announcement later today at 1:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel in Bloomington.
