Vandals and theives are regularly striking car dealerships throughout the suburbs. Greg Webb, of the Packey-Webb dealership in Downers Grove, says the vandals are getting very bold — and just this weekend actually removed a hood and a grill from a car parked in the front row of his dealership just about 40 feet from the entrance.
