The Daily Herald reports: David Wiggins, of the 11400 block of Martin Luther King Drive in Chicago, has been charged with aggravated battery after he allegedly attacked a Pace bus driver in Hanover Park Friday morning. Wiggins is on parole for an armed robbery conviction.
