The Elgin Short Film Festival returns to the Hemmens Cultural Center for its third run. Our own Dann Gire served as one of the judges. The winning entry “The Small Assassin,” was produced by Conant High School grad John Bosher, based on a story by Waukegan native Ray Bradbury.
