DeKalb police are holding a news briefing at 8 p.m. today to announce a “significant development” in the investigation of the slaying of Northern Illinois University student Antinette “Toni” Keller. DeKalb Police Chief Bill Feithen, DeKalb County State’s Attorney John Farrell and the county’s major case squad will run the briefing.
