Drew Peterson’s trial is staying put. Earlier today, a judge rejected Peterson’s motion to move his murder trial out of Will County. Attorneys had said Peterson couldn’t get a fair trial because of the extensive media coverage surrounding the case. Peterson is charged with the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. [ Tribune ]
