If there was a world without beer (perish the thought) and we had to drink wine all the time, we’d go with a good rioja all the time. Well, most of the time. Rioja Restaurant Week started last Sunday and runs through the 25th. Participating restaurants are offering a variety of promotions ranging from 20 percent off all riojas on their wine lists to $50 fixed price menus paired with different riojas.
