Firefighters from about 25 departments continue to battle a major blaze at a Holiday Inn hotel in Gurnee that was undergoing renovations. As of 9:45 p.m. the fire had been burning for nearly three hours and remained at a level 5 box-alarm, Gurnee Batallion Chief John Skillman said.
