A federal judge gave convicted former Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s legal team a tongue-lashing Monday morning for submitting a motion suggesting a Naperville juror’s actions violated court rules. “How you could have concluded that the juror was lawfully restricted (from sharing information about her jury questionnaire) is just beyond my imagination,” Judge James Zagel said.
