Michael Jordan sued Jewel-Osco, saying his image was used “commercial speech” in an ad, which ran in a Sports Illustrated issue commemorating Jordan’s induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame. A federal judge ruled that the 2009 ad is protected by the First Amendment. [ more › ]
