A Lake Zurich High School drama teacher is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse stemming from an inappropriate relationship with a student, police confirmed early Tuesday morning. Ronald D. Culver, 51, of the 900 block of Blackburn Drive in Inverness, was charged by police with the class two felony following his arrest Monday night, Lake Zurich Police Cmdr. Kevin Finlon said.
