Rescue workers from about 20 area fire departments formed a technical rescue team Monday to rescue a man trapped inside a silo at a concrete manufacturing plant in Naperville. The man was taken to Edward Hospital. “We had to remove the material from the silos to get the patient harnessed and move him out,” Naperville’s fire chief said.
