An 11-year-old girl has been hit with a felony charge for leaving a prank note at a bank saying she had been kidnapped. The note was left on the back of a money order slip on Aug. 11 at the McHenry Savings Bank in the 10000 block of Main St. in Richmond, according to a news release from the Richmond Police Department.
