A 17-year-old boy was wounded Sunday night in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, and told police that he did it himself. But he did not have a gun and police have been unable to find one. At about 11:45 p.m., police were called to the 700 block of West 54th Place were they found a teen shot in the leg, police said. There was no information available on the condition of the teen, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer. Police are investigating. — Deanese Williams-Harris
