The state champion St. Viator High School cheerleading squad triumphantly brought the trophy home on Wednesday, presenting it to their school in an all-school assembly following the Ash Wednesday Mass. The girls performed a flawless program at the state finals and knocked off three-time state champions Lemont High School, to win the Lions’ first IHSA cheerleading championship.
