Speed was a factor in a fiery fatal crash on the Reagan Memorial Tollway near Winfield late Sunday night, police say. Master Sgt. Frank Gutierrez of the Illinois State Police said two people were killed in the accident that occurred at 11:12 p.m. in a ditch in the westbound lanes of I-88 near milepost 126.
